1. Order Processing Time

Processing usually takes:

2–5 business days

(before the item ships)

During busy seasons (Christmas, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated based on your region and will be shown at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

We offer:

⭐ Free UK Shipping on all orders

⭐ Free International Shipping on orders over £120

The free-shipping threshold will automatically apply in your cart.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

• Tracking number (if available)

• Carrier information

• Estimated delivery date

Some products may ship separately and have individual tracking numbers.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

For orders outside the UK:

• Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country

• These fees are not included in your order total

• The customer is responsible for paying any import charges

We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address

• Incomplete address

• Customer not collecting the parcel

Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.

Please double check your address before completing your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive:

3️⃣ We will contact the carrier and investigate

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier backlogs

• Weather conditions

• Customs inspections

8. Separate Shipments

Because we use multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and does not affect shipping costs.
