Orders are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days.
During busy periods or seasonal launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We’re happy to offer:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
5. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if the parcel is not collected, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Bee Scribble Studio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

We will investigate with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions or customs inspections are outside of our control.

This is normal and does not affect your shipping costs.
