1. Our Commitment to You


At Bee Scribble Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, we’re always happy to help and will do our best to resolve it fairly.

 

2. Returns & Refunds General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept general returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference or incorrect selections made at checkout.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

 

3. 14-Day Issue Reporting Window


If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
After this period, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

 

4. When You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund


We offer replacements or refunds only in the following situations:

✔ Your item arrived damaged
✔ The printing is defective or faulty
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ You received the wrong size or colour due to our error

In these cases, we will provide a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund


We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

✖ Change of mind
✖ Incorrect size selected by the customer
✖ Incorrect item selected by the customer
✖ Minor colour differences caused by screen or device settings
✖ Normal wear and tear
✖ Custom or personalised items

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.
If you need help choosing the right size or item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

 

6. How to Request Help With an Order


If you believe your item qualifies for a replacement or refund, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

This allows us to resolve your request as quickly as possible.

 

7. Replacements


If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will send a free replacement whenever possible.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.

In most cases, you will not need to return the faulty item, unless requested.

 

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement is not possible

  • The issue cannot be corrected

  • An error occurred that cannot be resolved

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

 

9. Return Shipping Costs


We cover shipping costs only for items that are damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
Returns are not accepted for items without a qualifying issue.

 

10. Lost or Missing Packages


If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at customersupport@beescribblestudio.com.
We will investigate the issue and if the loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
