Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Bee Scribble Studio.
Because our products are custom made for each order, we only offer returns or refunds for the specific issues outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is a problem with your item.

After 30 days, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
 

2. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

✔ Damaged items

✔ Defective printing

✔ Wrong item sent

✔ Incorrect size or colour if the mistake was ours

You will need to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage/defect

3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

Because our products are custom made for each order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Ordered the wrong size
❌ Ordered the wrong item
❌ Colour differences due to screen brightness
❌ Custom/personalised items
❌ Normal wear and tear

We encourage you to review size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

4. Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

1️⃣ Email us within 30 days
2️⃣ Include photos showing the issue
3️⃣ We will send a free replacement or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible

You do not need to return the damaged item unless our supplier requests it.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not possible

  • The product cannot be reprinted

  • We made an error that cannot be corrected

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is required:

  • We cover return shipping only for defective, damaged or incorrect orders

  • Returns are not accepted for items returned without qualifying issues.
