Returns

• You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at beescribblestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Please note: shipping costs are non refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.
